Minimally Invasive Focused
We focus on minimally invasive spine surgery. Minimally invasive procedures mean less time spent in surgery and less time needed to recover; the results for our patients are also improved. Our patient-centered approach means that the treatment options we offer each patient are tailored to help them return to their normal life; if they lived a very active lifestyle before needing surgery, our goal is to return them to that lifestyle, pain-free.
How Minimally Invasive Surgery Works
Here’s how minimally invasive surgery works: instead of making a large incision through skin and muscle, our surgeons make several small incisions, moving the muscle aside temporarily to perform the procedure. They are assisted by advanced technology, including medical imaging tools and smaller surgical instruments.
Conditions We Treat
Spine surgery is not the first resort, but when needed, it can help alleviate or completely correct a number of different conditions. Some of these conditions include:
Procedures We Perform
We offer both traditional surgery and minimally invasive techniques. Our Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine surgeons can perform:
- Anterior Cervical Discectomy & Fusion
- Artificial Disc Replacement
- Lumbar Spinal Fusions
- Microdiscectomy
- Interspinous Distraction
We also offer non-surgical treatment for pain management, including epidural injections.
Our spine surgeons prioritize minimally invasive surgical techniques whenever possible to address your spine-related issues.
Opting for the appropriate surgery can significantly alleviate severe lower back pain, neck pain, and symptoms associated with spinal deformities, damage, and disorders.

Remember: Non-surgical relief is an option for many patients.
At New Jersey Spine Institute, over 90% of patients find lasting relief without surgery. Our spine specialists focus on minimally invasive, non-surgical treatments—such as targeted epidural injections and therapeutic care—to alleviate chronic back and spine pain. Our approach prioritizes patient comfort, faster recovery, and sustainable wellness.
